How to Meal Prep for Weight Loss
I understand that dieting and weight loss can be one big mindf*ck.
What’s a healthy carb? How much protein should I have for my #gains? How many times a day should I be eating? Wait, there’s such thing as “good fat”?
Every little confusion that I’ve ever had with building muscle, shredding fat, or trying to maintain my current weight was answered when I found these little containers to measure out my meals.
They are the “cliff notes” of nutrition.
The people we work with have said how much they appreciate these little containers because “it takes the guess work out of eating healthy”. Now, all you have to do is use the grocery list, cook the food, and store it away in the refrigerator.
When it’s time to eat, you scoop your food and throw it on a plate.
